Terms of use
1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of the Birdora mobile application, available for devices running iOS.
2. Use of the application
The user agrees to use the application in accordance with applicable law, these terms and good morals. The user must not interfere with its technical or content operation, distribute illegal or inappropriate content, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or servers.
3. Registration and account
Some features may require registration and a user account. Users must protect their login details and are responsible for activity carried out through their account.

The operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable law and these privacy provisions.
5. Intellectual property
The application and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying or distributing the application or parts of it requires prior written consent.
6. Liability and warranties
The application is provided “as is”, without warranties. The operator is not liable for damage resulting from use or inability to use the application.
7. Notifications
The application may send push notifications about news and events related to its use. Users can enable or disable them in device or application settings. Unsolicited marketing will not be sent without prior consent.
8. Location services
The application may use location services for location-dependent features. Users are asked for consent when such a feature is activated and can change access settings at any time. Location data is not kept longer than necessary or shared without explicit consent.
9. In-app purchases
Paid features or content may be offered through in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple's App Store and governed by its terms. Purchased content is for personal use and cannot be transferred to another account.
10. Changes
The operator may change these terms and will inform users through the application or another suitable means.
11. Final provisions
These terms take effect on 1 January 2024. Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
